1. About Zeta Cup
Zeta Cup is a youth soccer tournament series organized and operated by Zeta Events, Inc., together with its affiliates, partners, and event organizers.

Submitting an application does not necessarily guarantee acceptance into a tournament. Team acceptance may depend on factors including age division, available space, competitive level, payment status, and tournament requirements.
Teams are responsible for providing accurate roster, contact, eligibility, and registration information.
Additional tournament-specific rules, deadlines, refund policies, and participation requirements may apply.
4. Fees, Payments and Refunds
Registration fees and other event-related charges must be paid according to the instructions provided during registration.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
Refunds, credits, cancellations, withdrawals, and payment deadlines are governed by the specific policies published for each Zeta Cup event. Tournament-specific refund policies will control if they differ from these general Terms.
Processing fees, credit card fees, platform fees, or other third-party transaction charges may be non-refundable.
5. Tournament Changes and Cancellations
Zeta Cup reserves the right to modify tournament schedules, formats, divisions, venues, field assignments, match times, or other event details when reasonably necessary.
Changes may result from weather, field conditions, safety concerns, governmental requirements, facility availability, participation levels, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of the tournament organizers.
Where an event is postponed, shortened, relocated, suspended, or canceled, any refund or credit will be determined according to the applicable tournament refund policy.
6. Participant Conduct
Players, coaches, team officials, parents, spectators, and other attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
Zeta Cup may remove individuals or teams from an event for conduct that threatens safety, disrupts tournament operations, violates tournament rules, or is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
Tournament-specific competition and conduct rules may impose additional requirements.
7. Assumption of Risk
Participation in soccer and attendance at sporting events involve inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury, property loss, weather-related hazards, and other risks associated with athletic competition and public events.
Participants, teams, parents, guardians, and attendees are responsible for evaluating and accepting the risks associated with participation or attendance.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
8. Photography and Media
Zeta Cup events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded.
Subject to applicable law and any separate consent requirements, photographs and recordings taken at Zeta Cup events may be used for tournament coverage, promotional materials, social media, websites, advertising, archival purposes, and other communications relating to Zeta Cup and its affiliated organizations.
Additional photo or media consent terms may be included as part of tournament registration.
9. Intellectual Property
The Zeta Cup name, logos, graphics, tournament branding, website design, photographs, videos, written content, and other materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Zeta Cup, Zeta Events, Inc., or their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or commercially use these materials without prior written authorization.
Team names, club logos, sponsor marks, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including registration platforms, payment processors, hotels, sponsors, vendors, social media platforms, and other service providers.
Zeta Cup does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, security, or independent terms and policies.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
11. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep tournament information accurate and current. However, schedules, dates, locations, prices, rules, and other information may change.
Official tournament communications, published tournament rules, and direct notices from Zeta Cup may supersede information previously displayed on the website.
